Role:
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the project from construction through to completion
- Programme, cost, quality, and safety control on site
- Coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Leadership of site teams and regular reporting to senior management
- Ensuring delivery to programme and budget
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use construction projects
- Strong technical construction and site management expertise
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
