The Site Manager is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while strictly adhering to the company’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols. For large, multi-sectional, or highly complex projects, the Site Manager may work as part of a broader team on-site.

However, they may serve as the senior leader, taking full responsibility for the overall management and successful delivery of multiple sites.

• Ideally 5+ years’ experience working in a similar role within the construction industry.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
• Experience working with both main contractors and subcontractors.
