One of Corks leading Residential Contractors and Developers has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer to act as the lead Engineer on site on a very busy high profile residential new build project in the city.

Role:
Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
Ensure safety standards and protocols are adhered to.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and team members.
Resolve construction issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain daily project logs and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
Ensure project stays within budget and timeline constraints.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of field experience in construction management, ideally within Residential new build multi unit developments
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
