Role – Senior Quantity Surveyor

5+ years experience on Client Side Quantity Surveying.
Duties include:

Run a Team of QS’s for the Consultancy Office
Manage a Team of 2 to 3 on Cost Reporting, Take-Offs and Project QS’ing (Client Side).
Previous experience in a consulting or contracting environment providing/undertaking Cost Management and Project monitoring services is desirable.
· Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
Tender Management: Preparing and reviewing high-quality tender documentation.
Contract Administration: Managing post-contract procedures, variations, and final accounts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building long-term relationships and providing strategic advice.
Project Management skills
Produce Cost Reports and Project Take-Offs
Manage the QS aspect Client Side on Development Projects (Will involve Site Visits)

Skills and Education Requirements:

Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying and or related discipline.
5+ years experience if Client side Quantity Surveying experience in Ireland.
Experience of leading a small team would be ideal in this role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be out on site, dealing directly with external and internal customers
Clear reporting and excellent organisation skills
