Role:

Run the Estimating/Tendering department for a Small to Medium sized Contractor, with a focus on Residential Development
Manage a Team of 2 to 3 from the Office on Bid Writing and pricing.
High Level Pricing on Development Projects from 500k to 20m in Value.
Pricing Work on E-Tenders and controlling return timelines.
Manage External Consultants on Design and Build Pricing.
Report to Managing Director on a fortnightly basis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field of study
Experience estimating projects or relevant engineering experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
