We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our nationwide sales operations in Automotive and Engineering Consumables.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
• Identify new business opportunities in automotive and engineering sectors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales management (automotive / engineering consumables preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Experience managing nationwide or multi-region sales teams
• Willingness to travel as required
• Valid driver’s license
