Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project from construction through to completion
• Programme, cost, quality, and safety control on site
• Coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Leadership of site teams and regular reporting to senior management
• Ensuring delivery to programme and budget

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use construction projects
• Strong technical construction and site management expertise
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred
