Recruitment Lead – Maternity leave cover
Duties:
Manage the recruitment from end to end across both Waterford manufacturing plant and the Dublin office
Attend & coordinate recruitment and career fairs throughout the year
Attend school events to present on career opportunities in our company
Liaise with hiring managers ranging from VP, Directors to SME’s across the site.
Schedule references and pre-employment medicals
Be involved in both the virtual and face to face interviews on site
Onboard new hires
Assist the HRBP’s in HR tasks
Update our social media posts on LinkedIn & coordinate the advertising & marketing of our company from a recruitment point of view
Manage the graduate program across the year, from intake to activity days, presentations, internal secondments and international placements.
Lead on various other projects on site in both Waterford and Dublin
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources or relevant degree is a must
5 + years of experience within a recruiting capacity
Experience working in-house recruitment is desirable
Project Management skills is desirable
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
