Expertise & Qualifications
• Essential Foundation: QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is the minimum requirement to apply.
• Success Accelerator: Candidates holding the prestigious CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and/or RPA (Retirement Planning Advisor) designations possess the comprehensive expertise required to immediately thrive, lead complex engagements, and maximize their potential in this senior position.
• Industry Context: A strong track record in broker environments is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse product portfolios and client needs.
Required Skills
As an experienced adviser, you will have previous experience;
• Meeting clients
• Identifying and understanding their financial goals and requirements
• Building appropriate recommendations and solutions.
• Expertise in pension, wealth management, and protection sectors.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-centric environment.
• Experience packaging and selling a range of Pension products is required for this role.
