Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contracts Manager specialising in Landscaping, Horticulture based in North Cork,  The Contracts Manager will oversee and manage landscaping maintenance projects, coordinate with clients and team members, and ensure timely delivery of all services.

This is a progressive role with excellent career progression available for the right person.

Responsibilities include preparing contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, as well as managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, budgeting, and scheduling
• Project management skills, particularly within landscaping or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance
• Proficiency with technology-enabled project management tools
• Experience in sustainability initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Landscaping, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field
