We are seeking to recruit a highly experienced Architectural Technologist / Architect with full proficiency in Revit, to join their office in North Cork.

The qualified Architectural Technologist will join an established team of studio-based Architects, Architectural Technologists, Designers and Design Managers to work on across a medium and largescale, often complex projects.

The successful candidate will join a studio with an excellent reputation for staff retention, personal and professional development.

Requirements

• Architect/Architectural Technologist (qualified in Architectural Technology) with 5 to 7 years+ post graduate experience
• The role includes but not limited to all architectural related tasks within projects and office practice.
• Previous project experience in a client facing role, should include a range of medium and largescale developments, from residential to commercial.
• Technically competent in producing drawings from planning to construction stage of projects.
• Must be familiar with current TGD’s. Part B in particular and BC(A)R
• Strong Revit skills
• Site experience is a must
• Previous experience delivering medium and largescale complex projects as part of a team
• Possess strong technical skills

• Must hold full permission to work in Ireland.
• Driving License a must
